From the picture, I expected something more like Krystal Flash. This is extremely thin purple and silver tinsel. A little disappointing, but it ties well, and it looks great in the water.

I like using this...

I like using this stuff for ribbing aand bodies. Its strong, and I just cut the fibers to fit the size of the fly I'm tying. Good color too.

I use this on...

I use this on lots of my panfish flies now. They love the sparkle. I will put it on original patterns like a woolly bugger and then it is much more effective.
