J. Stockard Fly Fishing accepts "no questions asked" returns of like–new , in–stock, resaleable merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase. (Special order and discontinued items are not returnable.)
- If the return is made within 30 days of the original purchase, we provide a refund of your purchase price, exchange for other merchandise or a store credit, whichever you prefer.
- If the return is made between 35 and 90 days, we provide a merchandise exchange or store credit.
You can click the ‘You can track the status of this order here:’ link in your shipping confirmation email (or just log into your account, if you are a Registered Customer). Go to View My Orders, select the order you wish to return. Scroll to the bottom of the order and select Return/Exchange Product. Choose the items you wish to return and follow the easy instructions.
Please note, all returns need to be properly packaged and well protected. Most returns sent in letter envelopes arrive here damaged and cannot be credited.
