great product,great price

Reviewer: from Bridgeville, PA US

This is a great way to get a nice assortment of colors at a very good price. This floss has a nice shine to it and the single strand lays on the hook very easily and can be wrapped to form neatly tapered bodies.

No more separating fibers

Reviewer: from Fort Worth , TX US

This floss make tying partridge and oranges a whole lot easier. Put it in your bobbin and go to work. The single strand makes for a slim body and eliminates the time it used to take separating four strand floss. A must have if you tie wet flies.

Not All It's Cracked Up To Be

Reviewer: from NY

This is definitely not a single strand in all colors. I have quite a few (Black for instance) where there is a twist and the floss will not lay flat. I needed to run a needle down the center to separate the strands. If you are using this for regular flies then it is great, however I wouldn't use this for classic Salmon Patterns. Get the Danville 4 strand or splurge on real Japanese silk.
