I tried this on a whim and I really like the look of it on the hook. The speckling adds a nice effect and gives almost a mottled look to the fly. Not sure if the fish care but it looks great!

This flash is super...
This flash is super buggy and great for streamers. It also works great for flash back nymphs because of the speckling. It is just as limp and shiny as the original flashabou but adds a cool dimension to fly patterns.
