A good alternative to long schlappen, especially for collars on spey flies, bass flies and saltwater streamers. Approximately 1/4 oz. of 4 to 5 inches feathers with long, soft, solid web.
Far and away the worst flytying product I have ever bought. I wanted to use these for tailing on some small jointed muskie flies and needed about three inches of feather. No feather in the pack had more than two inches of usable length. Most of the feather is pure fluff. I look now and the olive color I ordered is out of stock. Makes me think that I was shipped the last and worst pack in inventory. Beware of buying anything that is low stock.
