Traveler 2400 Vise - Green Anodized

The Renzetti Traveler 2400 is the Traveler platform in forest green anodized finish — the same true rotary mechanics, cam-operated jaws, and precision machining that have made the Traveler series the benchmark mid-range fly tying vise on the market, in a color that makes your bench setup your own.

The anodized finish is structural, not cosmetic as it penetrates the aluminum rather than sitting on top of it, so it won't chip or fade under bench use. The green anodizing carries the same wear resistance as the standard Traveler finish across all machined aluminum components. Cam jaws cover #28 through 4/0, while the true rotary shaft spins on a horizontal axis with the smooth, play-free action the Traveler is known for.

Is the colored Traveler the same vise as the standard Traveler?
Yes. The 2400, 2500, and 2600 use identical mechanics to the rest of the Traveler range — same cam jaws, same rotary shaft, same hook range. The anodized color is a structural finish applied to the aluminum, not a paint coat, so it won't chip or fade with use.

Which hand configuration should I order?
Right-hand is the standard — the jaws position to the right of center, which suits most right-handed tyers. Left-hand reverses the orientation for southpaw tyers. If you're unsure, right-hand is the default.

Can the colored Traveler handle saltwater flies?
The 2400/2500/2600 cover #28–4/0, which handles light to medium saltwater patterns. For large-diameter saltwater hooks — tarpon, baitfish, pike — the Saltwater Traveler series handles #4–8/0.
