Ergo Dialed In Bobbin

Same problem everyone else has reported. You can’t adjust the tension. It is either absolutely tight or loose. There’s really no in between. Loon really needs to recall this piece of junk.

I have lots of Loon products that are great but Loon fell short on this one, and it sounds like almost everyone is of the same opinion. This thing keeps tightening up so it requires constant adjustment. It’s too much of a hassle to use. I’m disappointed to see that folks have reached out to Loon and not heard back. Loon obviously sees the reviews and know the product is unsatisfactory and unusable. Seems like they should recall them all and either replace it with a functional bobbin of equal value or provide a refund.

Bought this bobbin Oct.2025, because I like loon products. Tried single and multiple washers, either bobbin gets too loose or tightens.
I have e-mailed Loon service twice, have had no reply.
cannot use this bobbin it just doesn't work
