Well the feathers are good quality but don't expect matched pairs. I bought two packs and there were no pairs! So your best bet if you want matched pairs (which are often needed with this feather)is either buy a lot of packs or just buy a full neck. But remember this isn't J. Stockard's problem. So if you want matched pairs these probably aren't for you.
