Pleasantly Surprised with Quality
When I decided I needed hackle, this was the only choice in my color preference, since everything else was sold out. I thought I might be getting the dregs, but I am genuinely surprised with the quantity and quality of the hackle. I am a beginner, but compared to what I have purchased from other dealers, this is very nice hackle to work with.

Good for the price
There are better capes out there but you're going to pay twice or three times as much as what you pay for these. For the tyer just starting out these are really good quality for the money and then you also don't have to worry about wasting a high dollar cape.
