Our Tactical Tungsten Drop beads are the new must have item for all your Euro-Nymphs. These beads are seriously heavy in any size. They also invert any hook and turn them into a jig fly! They are an alternative to standard slotted or countersunk round beads and work best on standard or curved-shank hooks, but not on jig hooks with a sharp bend.
- Unique Shape: The "drop" or teardrop shape, with a hole positioned at the narrow top end, is designed to be threaded onto the hook shank in a specific way. When secured, this unique design forces the fly to ride with the hook point facing upwards (jig style), which helps prevent snags on the riverbed.
