Foamanizer Resin & Glue Module, 12"

Bought this on a whim thinking I would give it a try as a place to store some of my commonly used glues, resins, and cements to be stored in an upright fashion. Prior to purchasing this accessory I had most of these items thrown randomly in a drawer where they could leak or worse yet, break. This module accomplishes that task for most of my bottles of stuff without taking up much room on my fly tying desk. The only problem with it is it doesnt have any cutouts for those square bottles of cement or other odd shaped containers. Perhaps Hardline could produce a module with part, or better yet, all, of the top foam sheet blank, where the user could customize it for their particular use. They could even go as far as offering just blank top sheets for all of their different sized modules so they can be retrofitted and customized.

I already have plenty of spool storage capability so I didnt have much use for the long acrylic spool rods, as they would just get in the way when I'm reaching for tools and adhesives. Three additional short rods could have been included with the package. Instead of cutting the long rods I just cut some 5/16 wood dowels to fit the holes flush and to hold the unit together.

I have a portable fly tying bench that I move as I need to in order to free up bench space for other projects. When moving my glues, resins, etc. would constantly be tipping over.
I was thinking of making something out of wood with recesses for the items. Then I saw this module but found no specs anywhere. I called their CS and a nice lady said she would measure one and call me back which she did.
It fit in the area of my bench not perfectly, it's tight, but it fits and does the job. You can see in the picture.
