This is for one (1) pair of scissors. These Scissors are super sharp, with a razor edge that cuts extremely close. I have tested these against every brand, and there were no comparisons.
I have tried a couple of other brands of "Razor Scissors" and these are definitely the best of the bunch. The best detail scissors that I have used. I will need to see how sharp they stay over time, but I am very optimistic since they are tungsten carbide.
