A very strong flat-lying thread. About the same characteristics of 3/0 Monocord but stronger with more vivid colors and fluorescent colors. The best replacement for the discontinued Monocord. Waxed. 140 Denier.

This is my favorite thread. I use it for most of the flies I tie. I use white mostly, with a collection of markers, absorbs the colors well. Stronger when twisted and can lay flat too. With larger flies for stripers and bass, 2/0 and up I move up to the bigger thread, 210 denier.
