Chicone's Material & Fly Prep Station

This is going to sound really dumb but its crazy how much I love this foam with some slits on it. It makes prep for a big batch of streamers or poppers super easy.

I originally ordered one prep station to try it out. It is a little flimsier that I thought it would be, but it works as it should so I ordered a second one.

I purchased this item to aid in holding bucktail, flash, etc. for producing multiple northern / bass streamer flies. I'm thinking I might have received a bad item but will review what I got. The foam edges of the base piece looked like it was cut with a very dull razor blade - very rough and irregular. Other than not looking ok it still functioned as a base piece. The top piece (inserts into the base) had slits cut for materials but were so small it was impossible to place a clump of bucktail without doing some sort of modification, basically not useable. I returned the item.
