I’ve been disappointed with Hareline’s CDC recently: a lot of unusable feathers in each packet. These oiler puffs are nice bits of buoyant fluff, but like regular Hareline CDC, the barbs are sparse and it’s hard to get the effect I’m seeking

Hareline puffs
I always enjoy tying with Hareline products. These are no exception. Floats great, looks great and fishes great. Can’t go wrong on these.
