718 BL Multi-Use Hook

I like these hooks strength and proportion...I.M.O. they run about 2 sizes larger than I would consider "standard".

This hook gets my vote for “if I had to use just one hook”. I like the 20’s for midges and emergers, the 14’s for elk hair caddis, larger ones for stimulators and hoppers. Great hook!

This is my entree into the Firehole brand and I'm extremely impressed. I love hooks that come in boxes so i was won over right out of the gate. Also a big fan of the black nickel plating and availability of a barbless design, which if nothing else saves me a step. But taking the time to write the review because for me this is the absolute PERFECT stimulator hook. Ideal bend, just the right length for my tie, but it's the wide gap that clinches it - i'm certain it will result in more hookups. Great product.
