The Aqua Flies Tube Beads are made of brass. Drilled specifically to fit the 1.8mm Poly Tubes. They come in eight colors and two sizes with 20 beads per pack
- Weight and balance: The brass beads add weight to the fly, which helps with casting and keeps the fly at the desired depth.
- Tying process: After tying the fly materials onto a needle and the 1.8mm poly tube, you remove the needle and then slide the tube bead onto the front of the tube.
- Securing the bead: To secure the bead, you can use a light flame to melt the end of the tubing slightly, creating a collar that holds the bead in place.
- Compatibility: The beads are drilled specifically to fit the 1.8mm poly tubes used by Aqua Flies. They are available in multiple colors and sizes
