Many of the furs we have used traditionally are becoming more scarce, quality varies and many times other issues are faced with traditional furs like polar bear, seals fur, arctic fox being both potentially illegal and presenting ethical issues. As a result, Semperfli developed SemperFur, a hybrid Acrylic material softer than craft fur with less underbody, similar to Polar Fur. SemperFur can be used as a substitute for traditional furs suitable for the longest streamers. Really sleek, with 110mm long fibers, it can also be used as winging for any predator fly in fresh and saltwater. The fiber lengths of SemperFur vary, just like real fur, to give stunning profile to your streamer patterns.
Semperfli's SemperFur is no color run dyed and comes in patches approximately 5in x 5in (12cm x 12cm) and is brushed and ready for use.
