More durable than flash and manages to add a lot of contrast and sheen without overdoing it on the flash. I wouldn't call it stiff, but it's stiffer than most flash/accent materials. Haven't found a material quite like it.
Great in streamers but also great as wing cases and legs on nymphs. Tie it in facing rearward, dub the thorax, pull the wing case over, then split the forward facing fluorofiber and pull it back for nymph legs, then clip. It is so good for nymph legs
If you aren't careful, it can get VERY tangled, and since it is thin and semi translucent, it is hard to find individual strands after you drop them on your desk. Put it back into a sleeve when you're done using it.
