Ergo Hackle Plier

These Loon hackle pliers are the best I've ever tried, and I've tried a bunch. They hold really well and are comfortable to use.

I hadn't been happy with hackle pliers ever after a many years of tying. These pliers end my frustration as all others don't come close. And that could 100% be on me, but not a problem with Loon

After tying both fresh and saltwater patterns almost daily for over 30 years, I have finally found the best hackle pliers on the market. I now own 6. Most are going in the trash now that I have the Loon product.

Never hesitate to purchase Loon products. Haven't been disappointed with them yet.
