Dyed over bleached white hair to give the brightest colors. Used for spinning. Available in single colors and an assortment pack of black, white and 4 bright colors.
It comes down to getting a good piece or a curled bunch of small pieces. I've received a fine piece and then a package which has three curled small pieces. it's hit or miss.
As for dye color all materials suffer somewhat for consistency.

Not Impressed
Colors are good, but the condition of the material is hit and miss. Sometime difficult to work with if you get a patch that's has a heavy curl or twist. The patches are not tanned
