J. Stockard Fly Fishing accepts returns within 90 days of the original purchase. (Special order and discontinued items are not returnable.)

• If the returned items are received in our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date, we provide a refund of your purchase price, exchange for other merchandise or a store credit, whichever you prefer.
• If the returned items are received after 30 days, we provide a merchandise exchange or store credit.

If you have manufacturer warranty related questions, email service@jsflyfishing.com BEFORE sending any items back to us.

Please note, all returns need to be properly packaged and well protected. Most returns sent in letter envelopes arrive here damaged and cannot be credited.
