An innovative concept in flash fly tying materials. The Mylar core yarn has individual strands of Mylar mixed with pearl attached at a 90-degree angles. As easy as winding hackle, and great for streamer collars, woolly buggers and bonefish patterns. 2 yds. per package.
This material is top notch. It's very easy to work with and it holds up well in the water. Strands are a little over an inch long.

I used this material to tie some craw patterns and it's a snap to use. Just be sure to pull back the fibers as you wrap forward. Lots of movement in the water.

I use this on lots of my panfish flies now. They love the sparkle. I will put it on original patterns like a woolly bugger and then it is much more effective.

Great material

This material is very easy to use and makes some fantastic flies that steelhead gobble up. I had one of the best days this fall using a fly I made with the silver hackle flash. I cannot wait until this spring to see how well it will work on the smallmouth. It is a great product and I highly recommend it.
