Wider gape and better profile than the 200r. I would never buy 200r again when I can buy this.
So far I've used them in size 10 for foam flies and October caddis pupa. I would love these for larger stonefly nymphs if I wasn't already fully stocked on those.
Seem incredibly strong too. Definitely heavy enough and enough of a keel to ensure that foam flies land straight up, and I wouldn't worry about bending the hook on a big fish. Would be very interested to try this out in the smaller sizes.
