Slotted Tungsten Beads - 'Stones'

Firehole stones are some of the best. Quality and price are hard to beat. You get enough to tie (and lose) a reasonable amount of flies - not like other companies.

I like these beads quite a bit. I have only gotten the mounds and almond joy colors because I really like how the matte finish looks with my hare's ear and pheasant tail nymphs. I also use them on small, jigged buggers with nice results. The one complaint I have is the finish seems to chip pretty easily. I have several right now that have chipped from rolling around in the container which is a bit of a bummer, but they should still get a fly down.

These are the only bead heads I use for my jig hooks. You cannot beat the quality especially at the price point. Plus they sink like a rock... or should I say stone!
