This is my first time using the golden pheasant feathers. They can be used for tails ion wets and streamers. The hackle itself makes for fine hackle for smaller spey and salmon flies or as a long hackle fro smaller streamers. Nice color choices and will be a permanent part of my fly tying materials.

Great Purchase. I use the red color to tie under shoulder material on streamers. The fibers are thicker, but still flow so it gives a great impression of a blood line or trail from the streamer. I have a lot of success on patterns I use this for.
