I love the finish and sharpness of these hooks. The sizing is perfect. Where I am conflicted is that the wire gauge of these hooks seems to be a bit too heavy trending towards a nymph hook and not a dry fly hook. I have tied several flies on these hooks but I do have concerns that the heaviness of the hook wire might make the fly have a hard time staying a float.
