The FW531 hook is one of the most versatile in the Ahrex portfolio. Not only does it make a great stimulator or hopper hook, but they’re also great for creating annelids/chironomids. Use the larger sizes for Pyramid Lake flies, midrange for smaller lakes and ponds, and the micro sizes for stream midges. Even in the smallest of the range, they’re strong and will not bend out.
