Designed to assist in folding and gathering feather fibers. Made of Flexible foam and will work on the tiniest of feathers to the longest. The Junior version has half the slots and size of the standard Feather Prepper.
As a person that ties a lot of flies. A lot of what I do is in preparation for tying. Tools like the Feather Prepper is a very useful tool.

Very helpful
This works great for holding feathers and little things for later, but I like it most for making fuller dubbing loops with CDC and using two feathers for multi-color collars.
