Comparadun Hair

On the patch I received, I would be lucky if the hair length was a half inch. It was very, very difficult to tie flies in size 16 and 14. I would not purchase this product again. It looks nothing like the advertised picture.

Does the trick for my sparkle duns. Definitely requires some finesse as the hair is much finer than say elk hair.

I've made quite a few comparadun flies with this hair and they float nice and high in the water. This hair will also work anywhere deer or elk hair is required on other types of flies. Good thick patch with long easy to manage hair. I do recommend.
