Coarse nymph dubbing blend of mohair with synthetics added for flash and body. Use wherever seal is called for. Great for stoneflies, leeches and salmon patterns.
Most of the streamers and wet flies that I have traditionally used feathers I use this Simi-seal now. Dubbing it on wire makes the fly almost indestructible. One of the main products on my tying table.

I was very skeptical about the hype around this dubbing. Once I used it I'll likely be buying more. The sheen is what I'm going for on some patterns. And like many other tyers, the leech pops up a bunch.
