This is a strong, waxed fly tying polyester filament thread for larger flies. Measures 220 denier and has a breaking strength of 32 oz. 100 yd. spools.
Been tying with this thread for ? years. The resin -like finish holds bucktail, squirrel and other hairs well and reduces slipping.
