Ringneck Pheasant Tail Pair

Received two very long pheasant feathers, quality is excellent. Fibers were very long and soft, I've tied many flies with these feathers.

Poor quality. One was oily. The brown tips were very short. One the tips were so short it was useless. I tossed two of them in the trash. I should have ordered the dyed brown.

Very thin and much shorter then what I've received in past not allot to work with
