551 BL Wide Gape Jig Fly Hook

Fantastic for euro-nymphs.

I tested the 551 on common carp. Once the fish was hooked, it didn't come off. I was able to use the same fly on 2-3 carp before the hook started bending out.

Use these BL hooks for my Peridons and the occasional worm. Firehole hooks have worked very well for me.
