5-7" Dyed-Over-White Strung Saddle Hackle

The pack I received in chartreuse had a great color, however, I have found at least 10 of the feathers have have the tops clipped off somehow. I often use the tips of the feathers for many patterns, so I was more than a little disappointed in the quality.

Ordered white and olive. White is great and as one would expect. Size is good, quality of feathers, number of feathers. The olive on the other hand is just weird. I don’t have an issue with size or quantity but the quality of feather is lesser. I may not use them at all.

Good material. You get a lot of it in the package. The sheen on them is a little flashy compared to what I typically like.
