This dubbing works very good for thorax's.

Reviewer: from Cumming, GA US

I like this dubbing, but if you are trying to dub a tight controlled tapered body on smaller flies, then this is not the dubbing for you. If you are trying to dub a buggy looking body this is for you. This dubbing works very good for thorax's. I would recomend a super fine or micro fine for smaller flies to obtain a controlled tapered tight body. also lots and lots of guard hairs that tend to pop out, and that you can pick out with a bodkin to imitate legs. this is not the catch all dubbing I thought it was going to be.

great product

Reviewer: from Alpha, NJ US

Great product for making up some nymphs or emergers, i wouldn't recommend it for drys simply because of the amount of guard hairs in it.

Really good

Reviewer: from Little Elm, TX US

I bought the dispensor version of this dubbing. This stuff is really good and has a decent amount of guard hairs in it. I was tying nymphs with this and they came out great and buggy looking. This is good stuff period.

Wonderful

Reviewer: from Vermont

This is great stuff, I use it for most all of my nymphs. There's a good amount of spikey hairs in there, just enough, but not too much. And lots of colors to choose from!
