Blood quills are the best in my opnion. The quill can be stiff but you hareline’s has a lot of body to it. Can cut a quill out to get good motion.

Good for streamer tails...
Good for streamer tails and other uses. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is I feel the bag it comes in is a little small, so it is hard to get them out and put them back in the bag neat. Not a big deal though.
