Great product at a great price

Reviewer: A viewer from Little Elm, TX US

These are really good tails with a lot of usable material on them. They seem to have good coloring to them as well. I am not dissapointed in the least and am going to be ordering a few more in different colors. Easy to use and does well for wings on my streamers sizes 6 and smaller.

Good quality tails

Great tails. The hair is about an inch to three inches long. Dries out quickly when casting.

versatile material

Nice tails, great colors, a lot of useful material. Works great for wings, tails, and baitfish imitations.

High quality calf tail

Reviewer: A viewer from Urbana, IL US

The white calf tail I received was excellent. It had very little extraneous hair, and what was there came out easily when I combed the tail. The tail hair is relatively straight and is easy to even up for Wulff wings and tails.

Hareline Calf Tail

Reviewer: A viewer from Missoula, MT US

This calf tail is pretty flexible for parachutes and wings. It's a decent size and you get a lot of hair from it, considering most patterns don't take more than a small pinch. Some might appreciate using a synthetic a little more, just so you don't have to hassle with cutting towards the base amongst quite a bit of hair. This stuff is pretty soft and crinkly, so it's easy to inadvertently slip your thread when posting a chute. Just dab a little superglue at the base and hold it while shouldn't have troubles.
