Hooks are 1x Short

Reviewer: from Chicago, IL

Just an FYI. These hooks are one hook-eye length shorter than the TMC 100, Daiichi 1170 and Mustard 94840. I purchased size 16, so they will be fine for CDC emergers, but to short for most of my dry patterns. Order the JS 115 which is the same length as the other hooks mentioned above.

J2 105 Hooks

Reviewer: from Cincinnatti, OH

Just received my first J2 hooks. I have had very good experience with the prior line of JS hooks. Quality wise the new J2 series look fine, but haven't had a chance to tie with one yet. I did want to leave a word of caution in that the J2 105 hooks are much more similar to a Dai-Riki 305, 1X short, standard wire, than a TMC 100. Each one I compared appeared to be about a hook eye shorter than a TMC 100.

I am very happy with this product, these hooks seem to be just as good as the name brand.

Great Hooks at a Great Price

Reviewer: from Maine

Great hooks for a very reasonable price. I like the fact that they aren't bronze and they're very good quality. I would highly recommend them!

Very Nice

Reviewer: from Serbia, Europe

So far, impressions only on fly tying. These hooks #20 look in shape and react on tying BWOs almost the same as some of Montana-sold hooks, e.g. Daichii of the same size. If their wire is similar, I believe they will hold fish firmly enough for landing them. Likewise, they were of the very welcome price for that good size pack.
