These brass bead heads are countersunk to facilitate sliding around the bend of the hook, and are available in lots of great fish-catching colors and 5 popular sizes. 24 beads per package.
These beads are smooth and well made to last. I put pink ones on my PMD's and pheasant tail nymphs. I wouldn't buy brass beads from any other producer.

Weight of brass and the glitz of glass! A must have for Beatis Nymphs, Pheasant Tails, and any bead head flies. Flash and natural look all in the same package!

Best colored beads I have used

These are nice heavy beads, not too hollow or light. The beautiful shiny finishes on red, brown, & green colors look like they are anodized, rather that painted on. The black and glo-in-the dark colors look more like baked on auto paint. The only negative is that the finish starts to wear off on the bottom of the bead if you catch a lot of fish on one fly (30 bluegills and crappie.) The exposed part of the bead is still shiny silver. This is going to be true of all painted or colored beads, unless metal plated.

Great product

The same product as regular brass beads, just in more useful colors. I won't be buying any more black nickel beads, these black gloss ones are NICE. Also the PT is really a close match to the color of a PT fly. I'll be getting more of these!

These are my go-to when I need colored beads. The brass adds nice weight. Using a green color adds a little more realism and color consistency to nymphs.
