Soft tubing used for realistic nymph tying. Its stretchiness works from hook size 4 to 16, and it can be slipped over the hook on small sizes. The tube can also be colored with markers or filled in the center with a fiber or flash for a ribbing effect. Great for both round and flat, segmented bodies, or for detached bodies for dry mayflies.

Other Details

The outside diameter of the tubing is just over 1 mm.

Good Stuff

Reviewer: from Jefferson, GA US

I bought this to tie semi-realistic fishabe caddis and stone fly nymphs. It is great, very easy to use and the finished product looks great. Just tie in at the hook bend, dub your body, and wrap the larva lace over your dubbing. Gives a good segmented body.

You get plenty for the price. This stuff is great for many patterns. especially midge pupa and blood worms, simply deadly.
