These are great little indicators if you fishing nymphs with no split shot. You could, at most, probably fish 2 small-medium beadhead nymphs at a time with one of these indicators, again with no split shot. If you're fishing a slow pool and are trying to get a good presentation without the massive indy rig PLOP that you usually get with a big indicator and split shot and multiple flies than you should definately get these. These were the first indicators i ever fished with and after fishing many types of indicators, i can say that even the slightest bite can be detected with these. They stick to the leader very well but if you decide that you need to move them, the stickiness will eventually diminsh after a while and they'll just slide down to the next knot everytime. They're kind of hard to remove and they may leave a little residue on the leader also. Besides these managable problems, they're great and for the price you might as well get some.
Great for small nymphs

These are great for small nymphs and midges with very little or no weight. More "delicate" presentation without a splash associated to most other indicators. Sticks to leader and leaves some gunk as well as hard to adjust depth and eventually starts to slide if adjusted too much. But good for its use and cheap.
