What can I say, foam is foam, but I have no complaints. I am not sure what qualifies as high quality foam, but I would guess it is something like the Hareline Thin Fly Foam. I use mine both for hoppers as well as small strips to build up small dry fly bodies. I picked up the variety pack and love all the colors.
High Floating Stimulator's Anyone?

This material creates the best stimulator material because its closed-cells allow for ultimate buoyancy. If you tie this in before you palmer the hackle, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the results. If you use a dropper system, this will be the best point fly you ever cast.

Awesome foam. Floats high and pretty much impossible to sink. Add a little spray adhesive the two sheets that come in the pack stick together and you twice the thickness perfect for grasshopper patterns. So add some.
