To make baitfish and other patterns, just wind Emulator Flash 2 or 3 turns, tie off, add some holographic eyes, epoxy and you have a great fly. The fibers are about 2½″ long. 1 yard per package. When I striped it through the water it had a very nice movement and flash. I caught a very nice Bass on the second cast. I am also using the Emulator, as tails, on my Bass poppers and it looks good and has a very nice movement in the water. It looks alive.
