5 out of 5 stars Takes some practice but is well worth it. 00/00/0000
Reviewer: Tim Bell (teampond2@yahoo.com) from Countryside, IL US
The fibers do take a little practice to work with, but once you get the hang of it you can make some incredible flies. They do foul up some on the hook - but a simple comb will straighten them out right away again. The HUGE bonus is that these fibers are UNBELIEVEBLY easy to cast - they shed the water on the first backcast making them easy and light to use, and cast with precision. Now you don't have to be scared of big flies that feel like you are throwing a wet sock. EP fibers make all the difference in the world when you are going big.

5 out of 5 stars Fish love EP Fibers! 00/00/0000
Reviewer: Luciano Chavez (texasflyfisher@gmail.com) from Cedar Park, TX US
I've been using EP Fibers recently for bonefish style flies for carp in the Orange and Rust Brown and they eat them like candy! The bass also attack clousers tied with EP Fibers. You can use it sparingly and it flows well in the water for a synthetic but is not limp or stiff (just right). It reminds me of kiptail though it's translucent. It is thin enough you can build small heads as well. Great material!

4 out of 5 stars Pricey, but good 00/00/0000
Reviewer: Luke from Bethany, MO US
This material has a very fishy characteristic that I haven't been able to find in any of the other synthetic hairs I've tried. It is a little pricey, but it is money well spent. The EP Fibers are fairly easy to work with and they just have that fish catching quality.

4 out of 5 stars Great action 00/00/0000
Reviewer: Francis Mastriacovo (fmastriacovo@gmail.com) from Palm Coast, FL US
These fibers do make some of the best looking saltwater flies I've ever tied. It takes a little bit to get used to tying with them, but it's definitly worth it. The fly can get fouled easily while casting, but it's not that big of a deal. However, it will get very messy when you catch a fish. You will need to take some time to clean up the fly (have a comb handy). So, don't use it when you are expecting to catch a lot of fish in a short period of time (trout at the lights, spanish mackeral, chasing schools of small redfish, bluefish, etc.) When you are looking for that one fish that just wont take another fly, pull out something tied with EP fibers.
