It is worth the money to spend the extra $$ and buy any of the Dr. Slick Scissors. I own multiple pairs of Dr. Slick scissors, I own other brands as well. The Dr. Slick stay sharper and cuts better then my other scissors. Thease are the best scissors that I have used. Hair Scissors while they're on sale. My first set is about 2 years old and still going strong. They are great scissors for almost everything, and as the name implies, especially hairs such as bucktail, deer hair, elk hair, squirrel tail, etc. One blade has very fine serrations, which enable the blades hold the hair while cutting instead of making it slide like many others I've used. They have surprisingly fine points for comparatively "large" scissors. I'll keep this new set tucked away until my first set wears out, if it ever does.
