For those who tie many of the very tiny or very intricate patterns, this set with its angled and fine pointed jaws provide excellent hook accessibility and work especially well for pinching material onto the hook or tying around the bend. The original fine point configuration includes both front and rear hubs and the jaws. An alignment hook, built into the Jaw Positioning Clamp Screw, is used when adjusting the jaws up or down to the exact centerline of the hook shank. The jaws can be rotated horizontally to face the fly tyer for weaving, shaping deer hair, etc. The new design of jaws fit onto the standard brass hub of the standard NORVISE configuration and offer a smoother design and better access at an excellent price.
