Black Product Overview: G. Struble’s downlocking version of their popular U-3, these reel seats have a ‘V’ threaded body and milled slot. With a rounded knurled lock nut and machined slip ring, they have a highly polished aluminum retainer with aluminum end cap, finished insert and a transition ring, which fits snugly between the body and the cork handle. With an outside diameter of 0.687″ and an inside diameter of 0.420″, the overall seat length is 3.980″. Available in polished bright clear or black anodized aluminum, these reel seats can be paired with inserts made from 11 different exotic woods. Unassembled.
