Made for J. Stockard by Batson Enterprises, the all aluminum A16 features a simple design with a tough black satin finish. The seat measures 4″ (101.6 mm) in length, and its inside diameter of 0.618″ (15.7 mm) can fit even heavy fly rod blanks. Assembled, with plastic end cap included. The reel foot holders and screw rings are more than adequate to do the job. The opening is relatively large and it required some substantial arbors to fit on the blank (forecast, 9' 4 weight).
