Made for J. Stockard by Batson Enterprises, the all aluminum A16 features the same high quality as our other reel seats, with a tough black satin finish and finely machined parts. The seat measures 4″ (101.6 mm) in length, and its inside diameter of 0.618″ (15.7 mm) can fit even heavy fly rod blanks. Assembled, with plastic end cap included. The reel foot holders and screw rings are more than adequate to do the job. The opening is relatively large and it required some substantial arbors to fit on the blank (forecast, 9' 4 weight).
